The Soroptimist International Caldwell club was formed in 1946 and is comprised of women of all ages with varying personalities and career backgrounds.
That's what makes our club special!
Our mission is to help women by providing them with access to the education and training needed to achieve economic empowerment through scholarships. To help achieve our goals, we raise money throughout the year by conducting various fundraising activities and events. Our largest fundraising event is our annual Spaghetti Dinner and Auction held in the fall. This event alone provides us with the financial means to help several women in our community pursue their educational dreams.
In addition, we proudly support and donate to local women's shelters and community organizations such as the YMCA, Advocates Against Family Violence, and The Salvation Army.
Come join us at our next business meeting held 2nd Thursday of each month. Meetings are held at noon at the Dakan Community Center located at 522 S. Kimball Ave., Caldwell, ID. If interested in attending, please reach out to Marlene Page at (208) 430-4191 or email [email protected].
